    The concept new concrete of technology is effective and efficient is Self Compacting Concrete (SCC). The Additional of fines material use for increasing and keeping cohesive, reduce the heat of hydration and as lubricant wich is eable to increase flowability and workability. Kind of admixture which used is high range water reducer (HRWR) that is eable to reduce water. This SCC research using water cement ratio 0.41, maximum size coarse aggregate 12.5 mm, fines additional is fly ash as dosage 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of binder weight and using admixture viscocrete-10 with dosage 1 % of binder weight. And mix design methode for SCC is mix design methode observated by PT. SIKA. For know SCC criteria, we have is workability and flowability test with slump cone test and L-shape box test. Result of the research SCC which is effective and efficient with use fly ash dosage 20 % is mix design third composition. Keywords: Self Compacting Concrete, Flowability, Workability
