Work performance has important role for some company (Sugar Factories) and become some determinant for its dead or its life for some business. Quality of work performance becomes more important in some Sugar Factories and also for the most important Vision and Mission for company. Work system some Sugar Factories is a mechanism in which every sub system must do some cooperation to reach a profit in Sugar Factories. Those sub systems are: capacity mill, sugar cane milled, amount of day mill, hour desist to mill, overall recovery, and crystal. Because of those work performance is a system, so, if there is any trouble in one sub system so the others sub system is having trouble too. The trouble in this research is to see every sub system in the effort of improving production and productivity in Pajarakan Sugar Factory, Gending Sugar Factory and Wonolangan Sugar Factory in Probolinggo Regency that is a part of business in PTP Nusantara XI. Empirical Evaluation is “how to get the raw material that is SCF (Sweet, Clean and Fresh) to reach an optimal production through job fluency from those every sub system. Concept framework in this research is to re-analyze from predictor data with dependent variable: capacity mill, sugar cane milled, amount of day mill, hour desist to mill, overall recovery and crystal for 30 years from Pajarakan Sugar Factory, Gending Sugar Factory, and Wonolangan Sugar Factory through work performance level. The research method is using linier regression analysis through descriptive analysis based the analysis result before that is linier regression analysis and trend analysis. Data analysis than can get is, in every sub system effected simultanous, even that is not real and sure with a regression partial basic (sig t > 0,05). There is also dominant variable that is effective enough is Hour Desist Mill. The decision of from this research is, those three Sugar Factories show that effect of every sub system if the mill capacity is improved will resulting a huge productivity too. Trend of every sub system for 30 years is happen any improving even the different is not very real. The suggestion can be recommended is, from all merger of every sub system there need to be improved of operational production and efficiency from sub system in on farm and off farm.
