    Abstract

    Agriculture development orientation in the future must quality development resourches superiorty agriculture human, therefore extension agent of agriculture must capable and have quality, that supposed can develop and increase the performance, along with walk it time and pair the lessened various agriculture development policy that extension agent of agriculture is became figure multi dimension. Variabel for this research is salary level (X1), work atmosphere (X2), leadership attention (X3), social welfare (X4) and work motivation (Y). Variable measurement by using ordinal data scale. Population are extension agent of agriculture exist at Kantor Informasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Dan Kehutanan (KIPPK) regency Tuban. Sample taking used stratified random sampling, with total 50 respondents. Analysis used Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this research that done on extension agent of agriculture exist at Kantor Informasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Dan Kehutanan (KIPPK) regency Tuban, got conclusion as follows: salary factor, work atmosphere, leadership attention and extension agent of agriculture social welfare influential simultaneous significant towards extension agent of agriculture work motivation at Kantor Informasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Dan Kehutanan (KIPPK) regency Tuban, and unprovable salary level factor has dominant influence towards extension agent of agriculture work motivation at Kantor Informasi Penyuluhan Pertanian Dan Kehutanan (KIPPK) regency Tuban.
