Abstract
This study aimed to determine the condition of the quality management system and determine the factors which do not meet established criteria and identify the value of all elements of ISO 9001 version 2000 in the Office of LLAJ. ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) is the world standards body formed to improve the international trade associated with changes in goods and services. ISO can be concluded as the coordination of international labor standards, international harmonization of standards publications, and promotion of the use of international standards. In general the results of this study based on analysis techniques that use ISO 9001 version 2000 is the result of the assessment evaluation elements of ISO 9001 Version 2000 obtained an average value of 81.29%, where the company is good and feasible to maintain the certificate of ISO 9001 Version 2000 for year or the next period with entropy weighting method of calculation results of the analysis that the highest priority levels of priorities that take precedence in the Office of LLAJ is on Customer Communication clause.
