The method used is the method of FOI or FOQ with safety stock. The calculation of inventory planning using Fixed Order Interval or Fixed Order Quantity. The result of the calculation results obtained using FOI category A of USD 24,798,629 with an optimal safety stock as much as 53 kg, for category B of USD 9,738,656 with the optimal safety stock as much as 43 kg, for category D amounted to USD 1,071,240 with safety optimal stock as much as 48 kg. While the savings by using the method FOQ namely: For raw materials with a category C of USD 2,160,829 with the optimal safety stock as much as 4 kg, and for category E of USD 1.174 million no need for safety stock.
