Abstract

The East Java has been through an economy decreasy on the last 1997 needs the investment expansion on the whole majors, Especially the majors which has been through decrease on their product. That's why it's need more act from another side, including the government; thought their monetary policy and their banking with giving an investment credit way. On the whole decade, the Bank on East Java who had big act, actively on the investment credit is general Bank and the commercial Bank.
