Abstract
. The purpose of this research is to analysis motivation work contribution and organizational culture to employees performance of PT. PJB UP Gresik. Variable Research consist of independent variable organizational culture and motivation. While dependent variable is employees performance. Research population is employees of PT. PJB UP Gresik as 205 that spread over in each area. Sample taken at random so that obtained sampel counted 138 people. Data collecting obtained through answer of questioner of responder. Data analysis used SEM to test motivation contribution work and organizational culture to performance officer of PT. PJB UP Gresik Motivation Work factor have positive and significant contribution to Performance Employees with probability 0,017 with boundary of significant < 0,10 and estimation instruct its positive influence 0,157. Cultural Organization factor have positive and significant contribution to employees performance with probability 0,028 with boundary of significant < 0,10 estimation instruct its positive influence 0,143
