    Abstract

    Target of this research is to analyse influence as simultaneous and partial leadership type to employees performance at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik Variable which used in this researeh is employees performance as dependent variable while independent variable is leadership of Laissezfaire, leadership of Democratic and leadership of charismatic. Technique Analysis use statistical methods in the form of doubled linear regression. Beside the result of analysis hence can conclude that leadership style that happened tend to use leadership type of Laissez Faile and this proven leadership style have influence meaning by partial to employees performance, this matter shown with value of t test larger ones than t tables of have been tested its truth. Leadership style which is proven democratic have influence meaning by partial to employees perfonnance, this matter shown with value of t test larger ones than t tables of have been tested its truth. leadership style that happened tend to use charismal,r'i: leadership style and proven charismatic leadership style have influence meaning by partial to employees performance, this matter shown with value of t test larger ones than t tables of have been tested its truth.
