    Abstract

    This research was occurring by the raised of the number of dentis business. The purpose of this research is to observe and revise the factors of the customer’s satisfaction from dentist clinic FKG Unair Surabaya service. Free variable from this research is proving of the reliability, respond, assurance, empaht. Compared to fixed variable is the customer satisfaction. Population of this research are unknown population criteria age 15 years old and older and the research also essential from the answered from the people who questioning by the questioner. Study of this research using metode of result of rank spearman, show that 1tangibles is evidence and assurance that very important customer of the dentist clinic of FKG Unair Surabaya is quite low. Variables resech is tangibles, Realibility, assurance, and emphaty also prove that to costumer of dentis clinic FKG Unair Surabaya is average.
