Abstract
This research aim to know factors influencing salesman productivity at PT. Cipto Djati Dharma Wijaya. this type research is quantitative research, variable the used is job period, visit frequency to consumer and bonus representing free variable and sales target as variable tied Data analysed by using technique doubled regression analysis. To know its level by using test ofF test and t test Result of from research obtained that by simultan or together with test of F, job period, visit frequency to consumer and bonus, having an influence to sales target. By parsial with Test" ttl only visit frequency to bonus and consumer having an influence to sales target. while job period do not have an effect on reality to sales target.
