    Abstract

    Entisol is a soil without the presence of natural genetic horizon or with a newly forming horizon. The soil has various productiveness depends on the condition of local climate and the properties and also the characteristic of the formed entisol. This research aimed to study how far the rice plant husk ash and cow manure will affect some physical behaviors of entisol. The organics essence utilized were the solid organics material derived from animal manure (cow manure) and rice plant husk ash. The research composed based on complete random design method which is conducted factorially and repeated 3 times. The result of research concerning study of addition of rice plant husk ash and cow manure toward physical behavior of entisol on red pepper plant, could be summarized that the highest value of soil content weight is occurred in S1P1 treatment while the lowest value occurred on the combination of S1P2 treatment, whereas regarding the result of analysis between parameters it was obtained that content weight before the planting process was r = 0.9064 and after the harvest with r = 0.9404. The highest value of soil porosity occurred on the combination of S1P2 treatment while the lowest occurred on SOP3 combination treatment. The value of penetration endurance before planting was increasing on S1P2 treatment and declining after the harvest on SOP3 treatment, whereas on the result of penetration endurance regression analysis before planting with r = 0.728 and after the planting with r = 0.370. The value of aggregate stability index before planting was increasing on S1P1 treatment and then declining after the harvest on S1P2 treatment, based on regression analysis between parameters, it was obtained the value of stability index result before planting with r = 0.2575 and after harvest with r = 0.3571. The value of saturated hydraulic conductivity before planting was increasing on S1P0 treatment and would experience the lowest on S1P3 treatment, whereas after the harvest, the highest value was on S0P1 treatment while the west was on S1P1 treatment.
