      Abstract

      institutions whose job it is to collect and distribute funds from the community back in the form of credit. Working capital loans are intended to meet working capital needs of companies, both large enterprise sector as well as the small business sector. For it is necessary to know the internal factors of the debtor which is estimated to affect banks in extending working capital loans, which is the leverage side with debt to total assets ratio, liquidity side with quick ratio, and the profitability with net profit margin and return on investment. Population used in this study were 40 small business debtor or the proposed working capital loan to Bank Mandiri 2011 with the credits include medium-term loan that is 3 years. And for the benefit of the research used a sample with purposive sampling method in order to get 30 debtors who meet the criteria. Type of data used are secondary data derived from financial statements of the debtor obtained the micro creditin Bank Mandiri branch Sidoarjo A.Yani. Methods of analysis used was multiple regression with a significance level of 5%. Of the results of tests performed on this research note simultaneously in mind that debt to total assets ratio, quick ratio, net profit margin, and return on investment is significantly affected. While of the partial testing, the results obtained that debt to total assets ratio is the most dominant effect on working capital loans.
