      Abstract

      Good communication with an organization run smoothly and successfully, lack or absence of communication within organizations can lead to congestion or not working effectively. The way one builds a reaction to the organizational aspects of creating a climate of communication. The purpose of this study was to determine how the organization's communication climate in Djarum Black Car Community in Surabaya. To measure the Organizational Communication Climate variables: trust, shared decision-making, honesty, openness in communication down, listening in upward communication, attention to high-performance goals. This study population are members of Djarum Black car Surabaya numbering 50 people (Djarum Black Car Community) and the technique for determining the total sample using the method of sampling. Technique the analysis which used is the Climate Analysis of Communication. The results of this study is the value of 0.1158 Composite Climate. of these results shows the communication climate in the Djarum Black Car Commmunity in Surabaya are the coefficients whose value is less than 0.79, so that said Djarum Black Car Commmunity in Surabaya has a negative communication climate.
