      Abstract

      In Fluent subvention of Organizational communications him exist in company require to be supported by good Organizational communications clemate. This matter because of Organizational communications clemate can influence behavior each every meber in Organizational communications clemete of vital importance in organization because correlating organization context with concept, organization member expectation and feelings. Target of which will reach in this research is to know Organizational communications clemate in PT. Orhamna Progress Mandiri Surabaya. Theory which is used in theirs research is Organizational clemate communications. Research type which used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Methode the used is survey. Sample in this research amaunt to30 respondent. Techniquei. Drawl of sample use totally of sampling. Used technique data collecting spreading of quetionaire, from result of research show Organizational communications clemate exist in PT. Irhamna Progress Mandiri Surabaya is Negative.
