      Abstract

      Now a days, in the globalization era, there are many companies that give attention to effciency, effectiveness, and productivity. Because of those there things, a company can see optimum of the usage from its resources and also the attainment to the target belongs to company it self. This can be completed if a company does good management to the well finishing of the request. CV. MOGA JAYA ABADI is one company that focuses on the cosumer satisfaction. This company always improves the quality of the product and continues it as well, in order to fulfill the customer need. Product that CV. MOGA JAYA ABADI is tile concrete. In the process of making tile concrete, there are eight working stations start form destruction of material, sieving, mixing of material, printing, drying, submersion, compile, and colouration. Problems that often arise in this company that is the amount of product produced is less than the amount of product demanded by consumers, in other words there are several work stasions should have additional hours of works ( overtime hours ). The results of the eight work stations in the CV. Moga JAYA ABADI still have a shortage of production capacity time. So the need to hold as many as 148 453 hours of overtime hours / year for drying work station, 37 137 hours / year for the arrangement of work stations 122716.6 hours / year for painting work stations to fulfill demand as much 2226316.6
