Abstract
Today there are many roof tiles in the market has a very heavy mass. That is because over the years, roof tiles only made by cement, stone dust, and fly ash. So we trying to observed by means of adding blotong in combination. Issues to be observed in this study is yo determine the optimum combination of concentrate roof tile material used blotong as a substitute. This research requires the Taguchi method, because the method can determine the optimum condition of concrete roof tile combination. After roof time making process and appropiate data processing steps in Taguchi method, it can be concluded that the optimum condition obtained on a combination of composition as much as 0.66 kg (15.39%), stone dust as much as 2.67 kg (67.5%), fly ash as much as 0.44 kg (11.3%), dan filter mud as much as 0.23 kg (5.8%).
