Abstract

PT. PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Surabaya, have realized the importance of coaching K3 towards accident conditions nihil.Namun fact still encountered accidents such as pinch, slip, electric shock, fingers cut off, caught mainly in Fillmark engine (based on the clear cup and cone.Dan in the presence of 15 accidents in 16 bulan.Oleh hence the management felt the need to identify potential hazards (hazard) and determine the value of the risks arising hazards. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) by the method of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Control (HIRAC) PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Surabaya and the prevention of occupational accidents in PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Surabaya. After identifying the hazard there are still some sources that have value "seriuos" Fillmark machining operations due to the element of negligence manusia.Dan achievement of program implementation K3 PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Surabaya by 80%, so it is included in the category YELLOW or accident was "Illnesses" (to be in the range of 60% -84%).
