      Advances in technology is growing in line with the progress of time. Various new technologies found to help alleviate human labor in various ways, for example in the field of communication this has led to the emergence of intense competition among similar industries to scramble consumers in the market. Flashdisk is one of the development of IT devices in this type of storage device (device or data storage media). Flash is usually small size, light weight, and can carry wherever we go. Flash has many advantages over other data storage devices, particularly the floppy disk. These devices are faster, smaller, with greater capacity and more reliable (because it has no moving parts) than a floppy disk. Objectives to be achieved by the researchers in the study was to determine how much of the market share of each brand of flash products using markov chains and determine the flash product marketing strategies using game theory. Markov chain is used to determine the percentage of each brand of flash. Game theory is a field of science supporting the determination of marketing strategy, which is widely used in marketing competitive conditions. This technique allows the determination of certain actions (strategies) that will minimize the maximum loss the decision maker who faces the behavior of one or more competitors who could not be determined. Processing and analysis of the results from both methods markov chains and game theory that HP's market share of 41.0% and a marketing strategy that is used Hp is the price, its market share by 30.4% Kingston and marketing strategies used Kingston is the price, Transcend's market share of 18.6% and a marketing strategy that is used Transcend is a model, and market share of 10.0% Adata and marketing strategy is used Adata model.
