      Abstract

      This study aims to determine te meaning is communicated in the public service BKKBN Version “ 2 Kids Better” on TV. This study uses analysis of semiology John Fiske, the meaning of the marker, the level of reality, the representation level, the level of ideology. At 1:15 this ad duration is divided into 15 seconds on TV scence. The method used is a qualitative method. The data was collected by observasing public service BKKBN Version “2 Kids Better” on the Tvndirectly, recorded in digital form, then capturing framework based on semiotic analysis of film (advertisement), put forward by John Fiske who shared the marker, the level of reality, the level of ideology, representasi level. The data contained in the research object for the five systems in the narrative, the level of representationof reality level, the level of ideology, analysis. Conclusions in this study is the conclusion derived from analysis of data public service BKKBN Version “2 Kids Better” on Television is advertising that depicts that have children in large numbers is a heavy burden of life and not live comfortably in everyday life.
