      Nama Mahasiswa : NPM : 0771010121 Tempat Tanggal Lahir : Sidoarjo, 29 Agustus 1987 Program Studi : Strata 1 (S1) Judul Skripsi : TINDAK PIDANA CYBER CRIME DALAM PERSPEKTIF UNDANG – UNDANG NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2008 TENTANG INFORMASI DAN TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the Act - Act No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. This study uses a normativ juridical. Source of data obtained from the literature and applicable legislation. Analysis of data using a normative juridical approach and conduct interviews. Th results can be summarized research If the verification process conducted by a team of police did not find evidence of the case file can not be complete or P21 then the file can not be delegated to the court but in the process of proof on Cybe crime case can certainly be done by submitting documentary evidence form of electronic documents that can be implemented directly in the trial with the results of a print out or electronic documents. It is found in Article 5 paragraph (1) of ITE. In the implementation of UU ITE on Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of statutory law and regulations regarding the application of appropriate sanctions and threats to the acts committed by criminal cyber crime. The police and the state in order to explore the science that has been developed and are experts in dealing with cases of cyber crime. And the importance of the knowledge given to the general public to take extra - careful in performing all act relating to the internet.
