Abstract
Good communication with an organization run smoothly and successfully, lack or absence of communication within organizations can lead to congestion or not working effectively. The way one builds a reaction to the organizational aspects of creating a climate of communication. The purpose of this study was to determine how the organization's communication climate in RS Pura Raharja Surabaya. To measure the Organizational Communication Climate variables: trust, shared decision-making, honesty, openness in communication down, listening in upward communication, attention to high-performance goals. This study population are employes RS. Pura Raharja Surabaya numbering 72 people and the technique for determining the total sample using the method of sampling. Technique the analysis which used is the Climate Analysis of Communication. The results of this study is the Climate Value Composite of 0.933. The results show the communication climate in the hospital. Prog temple in Surabaya are coefficients whose values between from 0.8 to 0.97, so the hospital said. Pura Prog Surabaya has a positive communication climate. Key words: Organizational Communication Climate
