    Abstract

    The main aim of this research is to anaiyze empirically the mfluence or organizational ana prefessionai commitments on job sa israction in contex1 of gender. Objects of the research are public acr;ountanl agents in Indonesia with research subjects are auditors who have working experiences three years minimally. To coHeedata the rosearch uses survey method. To answer the problems and proposed hypothesis, the research uses multiple linear regression analysis and Independent sample T-tesL While to see the data variance homogeneity between male and emale auditor the re -~arch conducts levene's test with confidence leve' of 95%. Rp.sull of the research showed that organizational commItment does not have inliuance on job satisfaction, while professional ccrnmitment . as significant influence on job satisfaction. In the context of gender, there is no different of organizational and professional commitmments on working satisfaction between male and female auditors.
