Abstract
Companies that want to grow and gain a competitive advantage should be able to provide services or service quality with cheap price in the offer, good service quality, and facilities provided adequate and convenient to the customer. The purpose of this research is toknow and analyze the influence of price, service, and facilities simultaneously and partialeffect on consumer satisfaction in using the services at the Usada Hospital Taman Sidoarjo. The population of this study were outpatients at the Hospital Usada Taman Sidoarjo, aged > 15 years. Then the number of samples taken in this study as many as 97 respondents (rounded). For a more representative then the researchers sampled 100 respondents. Samples, using a purposive sampling technique. Techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study are price, service and facilities simultaneously influence on consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially on Usada Hospital Taman Sidoarjo.
