    Abstract

    Consumption is a system consisting of a set of goods and services that are used all the time in different time periods of consumption, use of superior value for customers is the precondition of customer satisfaction and safety of the products used. The customer wants the maximum value is limited by the cost of search, knowledge, mobility and income are limited. The form an expectation of value and act on the real thing. The higher the value perceived by the customer, the greater the likelihood of security relations and satisfaction in using the product The larger the value, the more desire products or services. In this study, the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires and distributor LPG consumers in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine which one of each of the independent variables, namely the level of security (X1) and the level of confidence (X2) of the dependent variable (Y) is the volume of sales either simultaneously or partially.In this study, the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires and LPG distributor consumers in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine which one of each of the independent variables, namely the level of security (X1) and the level of confidence (X2) of the dependent variable (Y) is the volume of sales either simultaneously or partially.Based on the results obtained by the analysis and hypothesis testing results of F> F which means simultaneous four independent variables have a significant effect on sales volume.
