    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to test the water quality in the review of the physical parameters, biology, chemistry on Bottled Drinking Water in accordance with SNI 01-35542006 and the Minister of Health No. 492 of 2010.This study uses two stages, namely the distribution of questionnaires to the public and testing physical parameters, biological, and chemical on Bottled Drinking Water. The results of the questionnaire brands Bottled Water is consumed by many people in the city of Surabaya in this study was Aqua 59%, Club 22%, Cleo 18%, 1% other brands. While the packaging used is 100% packaging gallon. Public. The study of the physical parameters of the test (odor and taste) no odor and taste, (temperature) Aqua 30.3 o C, Club 30.5 o C, Cleo 30.3 o C, (color) all samples were 1 TCU, (TDS) Aqua 140 mg / l, Club 110 mg / l, Cleo 0 mg / l, (turbidity) Aqua 0.12 NTU, 0.13 NTU Club, Cleo 0.12 NTU, biological (total coliform average <1.8 / 100ml), and chemical (pH) Aqua 7, 7.3 Club, Cleo 7.3, (hardness) Aqua 88 mg / l, Club 72 mg / l, Cleo 20 mg / l, (organic matter) 0 mg / l, (Fe, Mn, Cd) all samples were 0.0037, 0.0491, and 0.0010 from the results of the physical parameters, biology, and chemistry has met the requirements set by the National Standards Indonesia 013554 2006 and Minister of Health Standards in 2010. knowledge about the condition of Bottled Water as much as 26% are aware of the requirements, and 74% did not know the requirements and to determine health impacts as much as 24%, while 76% did not know.
