    Evaluation of waste management is needed so the proper and environmentally sound waste management could be implemented. One sub-system that most important to note is the transport system because if the transport system deficient will occur waste hoarding in waste storehouse which can lead to air, water and soil pollution, odor and disease vector also caused aesthetic environ damage. Problems route of vehicle or called Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) it would be troublesome solved in conditions of Tuban city that has much waste strorehouse and route. Nevertheless, Stagecoach method on Dynamic Programming WinQSB be expected to find solutions for effective and efficient route. on search alternative transport system on waste transport this is only confined on the transport vehicle Armroll truck capacity 6 m 3 that served some waste storehouse with heap at most. By compiled, analyzed, and process the data, then the result is 6 of 12 existing route is alternative route or more efficient then previously. Of the 6 total alternative routes, able to save on fuel costs up to Rp. 1.441.176,-/month and then Rp. 17.294.112,00/year.
