    Abstract

    Optimization utilization of waste among other things as a source of organic fertilizer, suchas composting or biogas maker with biokonversi materials bymicroorganisms. This study is to investigate the potential of biogas from vegetable waste dam mixture of animal manure in batches in a manure biodigester. Variables used in the phase 1 study is still variable ambient temperature of 30 o C, the natural pH of the sample 7, EM-4 20 mL, 1 day observation time at all, the volume ratio of observed variables and vegetable waste water 100 : 50, 100 : 100, 100 : 150, 100 : 200, 100 : 250. Stage II Non-variable Fixed Temperature 30 o C pH Natural Samples: 7, EM-4: 20 mL, observation time: 1 days once observed variables ratio of the volume of waste vegetable and animal droppings 100 : 0, 90 : 10, 80 : 20, 70 : 30, 60 : 40, 50 : 50. The results showed that the highest volume of biogas produced at the biogas manure and vegetable waste. Biogas production with the highest ratio of 50: 50 is generated on day 5 as much as 4.3 mL. pH optimum at pH 7 is the formation of a mixture of biogas from manure and vegetable waste.
