      Abstract

      Soybean is one of the major food commodity after rice and maize . Soybean has a bright prospect in global trade that encourages Agroindustri Unity to produce soy sauce quality . To produce a quality soy sauce to be supported from the resources of six factors , namely man , money , machine , metodhs , materials , and markets . Determination of the strategy on the six basic resources companies have a very important role for the continuity of the production process , although there are other factors that influence the course of production and the existence of the company . With the enactment of six resource strategy , the company will know the strengths , weaknesses , opportunities and threats that the company can take advantage of the positive things and anticipate the worst things early on. The purpose of this study is to identify the internal and external conditions in the perspective of six resources contained in the Agro-Industry of Ketchup, and formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented in Agro-Industry of Ketchup. The study was conducted in Agroindustry of Ketchup Sehati located in Tulungagung. The method usedin this studyis aqualitative analysis method by means ofanalysis of IFAS and EFAS matrix and SWOT analysis method. The data usedin this study consisted of primary and secondary. While the sampling metodhs used was purposive sampling. The results of this study are six alternative strategy in resource perspective as follows : Man : forming Health Management , Security and Safety ( K3 ) , especially for the production employees . In addition to the strategies that can be applied is to enhance the training and development of employees as engage in seminars . Money : make improvements to long-term investment for the development of agro-industry needs , because of the agro-industry investment to expand its business in the future . Machine : the addition of auto production machinery in order to meet the market demand for both region and outside the region . Metodhs : agro-industry must continue to improve the existing management . Material : provision regulating the room temperature and the physical quality of young coconut sugar is not broken because the characteristics of coconut sugar easily melt if exposed to heat , in addition to the storage warehouse soy , should be the expansion of space and the provision of air vents that sheds moisture. Market : increase promotional activities more vigorous and active because the agro-industry , including companies that are still growing . In addition , agro-industries should undertake product innovation in terms of both packaging and taste. Keywords : Corporate Resources , Business Competition , Agro-industry of Ketchup Strategy
