Abstract

In the present not only electronic media that dominate the news penyampaikan but also dominated the print media in reporting the news one tabloid Real. The tabloid has enthusiasts commonly called the customer. In this study intended to determine the level of customer satisfaction Tabloid readers Real in Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative methods and the method used is a survey research analysis deskripstif. Using a t-test to determine desired satisfaction (Gratifications Sought) with satisfaction obtained (Gratifications Obtained) after subscribing Real Tabloid. Based on the results of the study showed that readers Tabloid real customers in Sidoarjo has reached a high level of satisfaction after reading rubric consultation based on four aspects of the satisfaction
