    Abstract

    Deaf children not only has trouble in hearing, but also has trouble in speaking. This difficulty occurs because deaf children do not have the ability to listen to the correct pronunciation. Deaf children sign languages also have a limited vocabulary. On deaf children, obstacles occur when made contact with others because of language difficulties. To solve this problem, deaf children need to be conditioned to communicate in all circumstances. Train speaking skills should be initiated as early as possible for deaf children. Speech therapy is one way to train a deaf child's ability to speak. As a therapy for children, the media used should be interesting and fun, so the process can take place with a comfortable workout. In the midst of technological developments, to train deaf children to speech can be working in collaboration of digital media that can be adapted with children’s growth process. The appropriate device for the application of speech therapy based on digital media is a tablet that has many advantages, such as flexible, easy to use, and child-friendly. ‘Kata Lembaga methods can be adapted to the application content is speech therapy.
