Abstract
Bank Indonesia library is a new library located in Surabaya, East Java. Bank Indonesia Library has a history of its cultural heritage buildings and also the establishment of Bank Indonesia Library itself. Its existence is not widely known to society especially college students. This is caused by the lack of media information and the lack of human resources to manage the promotion of Bank Indonesia Library. To inform the public especially students about Bank Indonesia Library as a source of knowledge and unlimited reference, a promotional video is required as the main media used on its promotion. The concept of the promotional video is the fusion between the motion graphic and video live shoot. The use of motion in the video such as motion graphic and motion tracking as a new media is also useful to inform Bank Indonesia Library so that it becomes attractive to the potential visitors and provide information to the public about the history of the building and its establishment.
