Abstract

CV Transtritunggal Jaya existing problems that the lack of a performance measurement system that are comprehensive, so far only show that focuses on the performance of each part, so the need for simultaneous measurement of performance and continuous so that the company still exist. Based on research conducted at CV Transtritunggal Jaya using the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) and Analithycal Hierarcy Process (AHP). And known indicators do memerluan priority for improvement is an indicator that has the lowest score. Responsiveness indicators is obtained in which scores are located on the yellow and red indicators. The proposed improvement is a company must be more precise in predicting market demand, there by making it easier to respond supplier if there are changes in demand or schedule delivery of raw materials.
