    Abstract

    Plastic Bioprocessor Anaerobic Plastics (bioball) is a biological wastewater treatment process using two variations of embedded system and suspended system. Media is intended to place microorganisms in order to perform the process of breeding. This research uses anaerobic system with variation that used is residence time (td), that is (12,18,24,30,36) clock and height ratio bioball: suspended (0,5: 0,5 0,43: 0, 57. 0.36: 0.64 0.28: 0.72, 0.22: 0.78). The parameters analyzed were COD, TSS and Color. The study obtained optimal results for COD removal efficiency of 90.99%, TSS of 77.3% and Color 61.85% at 36 hours stay time at altitude 0.36: 0.64with 100% recirculation ratio.
