    Abstract

    The enactment of UU No. 25 /2009 on Public Service is an effort to improve the quality of service to the public. Subdistrict is an organization that provides public services directly to the public. an is certainly required to improve quality of service.This study analyzes about the quality of administrative services districts in Sidoarjo by using Analysis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Research methods of data analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis, quantitative by using appropriate IKM Kemenpan No. 25 /KEP /M.PAN / 2/2004, and qualitatively using interactive data analysis process. Sources of data are the primary data and secondary data related that became the object of research.IKM score of districts with quality of service (B). the quality of administrative services at the District Office Government of Sidoarjo fit in either category. Quality of service speed is the element that has the lowest score that needs more attention to be improved. Key word : public quality, public service.
