Abstract

This research is meant to analyze the development of the Rungkut Industrial Estate with Kevin Lynch Development Theory. Hopefully this research can be use as a role model and input in the effort to develop a district. This research use surveying method by seeing the existing condition that connected with the theory that relevant with the research goal. With this survey will be known new problems that still need to be redevelop. The final goal show that the Rungkut Industrial Estate development condition still need redevelopment, especially in deciding landmark position as an area identity, remembering Rungkut Industrial Estate is a district that has a specific characteristic.
