Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know difference of leadership style and performance between man auditor and woman auditor that indicated from organizational commitment, profession commitment, motivation, communications, and satisfaction of job at Public Accountant Office in region of East Surabaya. This Object Research is Public Accountant Office in region of East Surabaya, this population research is all laboring partner at 18 Public Accountant Office. Data collecting obtained to answer of questionare of laboring employees at Public Accountant Office (auditor) minimum 3 year and have owned subordinate. Technique analysis data used t-test to know equivalence or difference and to know data having same variance or do not be used test of Levene'S Result of this research can be concluded that there are difference between organizational Commitment, profession commitment, motivation, communications, and satisfaction of job between man auditor and woman auditor. So that from the result can be pulled conclusion that there are difference to leadership style and performance between man auditor and woman auditor at Public Accountant Office in region of East Surabaya.
