Abstract

Radio network business or of network progressively expand after refonnation. Delta of FM Surabayasince May air 2004 then giving all mind to it at programming because quality of progratl!ming represent old or new radio to remain to exist. Besides, by becoming network, problem of programming become more complex because programs most from mains station so that limit local element .. Starting from phenom~non above, hence researcher fonnulate two problems that is: first, how Radio Delta programming strategy ofFM Surabaya as JDFI network. Both, steps any kind of which included in Delta programming strategy of FM Surabaya This Research use approach qualitative with case study method and descriptive research type. Techriique data collecting use indepth intervie~, company document and participant observation. Book evaluation the used is radio concept of network, Programming radio strategy, Steps in radio programming and Department Program in radio programming Result of this research show Delta programming strategy of FM Surabaya as JDFI network have base to target of company that is becoming broadcast radio to adult hearer establish best in Surabaya.The Strategy through sharper of local payload fixed give a few individuality of JDFI. Local Payload sharpened by adding local programs typically Suroboyoan for example Booth program of Warung Cangkruk Delta Garden. But, some program of JDFI like Delta of Siesta still defended to get equality of individuality as radio of network.
