      Abstract

      Communication is a basic human activity. Basically almost all the communication touch people's lives wherever and whatever is done human. Communicate with humans can relate to each other in everyday life. This is in accordance with the nature of which is human social creatures who can not afford to live alone without the help and cooperation of others. The theories used in this study is the theory of organizational communication. And objects in this study were employees of PT Telkom Speedy STO Kapasan Surabaya Branch. By using total sampling techniques for sampling. Based on the analysis of data on climate communicational aspects of the organization based on trust, participative decision, honesty, open communication down, listening in upward communication and attention to high-performance can be concluded that the general climate of organizational communication at PT Telkom Speedy STO Kapasan Surabaya Branch rated less than good, because there is still a gap between superiors and subordinates, but subordinates it can not freely convey their minds, as well as management does not seem to listen to feedback from subordinates are considered necessary by the employee
