Abstract
The source of this research is based on the phenomenon we see there are many cases of crime of fraud in cyberspace. Consumer initially has always given the cases of access to facilities needed goods, however if the consumer off guard to facilities needed goods, however if the consumer off guard it will pass like a fraud cases that has been in the news by the mass media that will be explained in the next chapter. Theory that will be used in this research is the theory of interpersonal communication. Interpersonal communication theory is the theory that the language of thoughts that occur within its over between internal actively involve the individual in the process of symbolic messages. Methods used in this study is a qualitative method that aims to explain the phenomenon with the heathest. This method describes and outlins clear dependence of event without treatment may object under study. Conclusions from the result of this study indicate that the informant actually the knowledge the give a positive response, but the other informants responded otherwise respond to online shopping sites on the internet.
