Abstract
The existence of organizational communication climate is important because organizational communication climate can influence the way of life members, to whom to talk, who's like, how it works, how it goes, what you want to achieve and how to adapt. Organizational communication climate is the real thing felt by the people who are in an organization. What is the perceived influence that behavior will ultimately determine the level of employees. The effectiveness and success in the work environment at the PDAM Surabaya Surya Sembada rely on organizational communication climate that could affect employee performance on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate to employee performance PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. Type research using quantitative analysis. The population in this study were employees of Surya Sembada PDAM Surabaya. Sampling technique used was non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 90 people. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results can be concluded that: There are between Organizational Climate influence on the performance of employees at the company PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya.
