Abstract
This study aims to determine how the detik.com online news sites and news about the fall of framing tempo.co Lion Air Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The cause of the crash is still a issue among the community. Using analytical methods framing Robert N. Entman, describes how the mass media construct framing or news. Through the Problem Identification, Interpretation, Moral Evaluation, and Treatment Recommendation. The results of this analysis, it appears that the two media have different frames in addressing the source or cause of the crash problem Lion Air. At detik.com more likely to not preach the cause of the fall of Lion Air. While tempo.co more impressed revealed that an airplane crash allegedly due to good weather and pilot negligence.
