      Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of parental communication with junior high school students tablet pc users in the emotional development there are three kinds of patterns of parental communication with children, namely: communication patterns Authoritarian (likely to be hostile), permissive (tend to behave free), Authoritative (likely avoid the anxiety and chaos). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Broadly speaking, these studies show that of the five informants, three permisive communication pattern analysis, the use of communication patterns of authoritarian, democratic rest using communication patterns. Parents should implement democratic communication patterns, which are circular means that parents and children have the same opportunity to be a communicator and communicant.
