      Abstract

      Level of public awareness that later gave rise to a new awareness of social responsibilities, known as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), other than that this understanding gives guidance that the company is not just an identity that only selfish, but rather a business identity that needs to adapt with the social environment. Parks Revitalization CSR program that is implemented by Telkom Bungkul and unit CDC (Community Development Center) in collaboration with the Communications Division for publication through the mass media. In Bungkul park revitalization project, Telkom brought the concept of sport, education and entertainment. the purpose of this study was to determine the "effectiveness of CSR Revitalization Program Bungkul Park Surabaya By PT. Telecommunications Division V East Java Indonesia. This study uses descriptive quantitative approach. The population here is minimal people in Surabaya and 17 years old who visited and know Bungkul Park revitalization by PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Division V East Java. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Methods of data analysis in this study using frequency tables. The result is a hump park revitalization CSR program by PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Division V occupies the high category with value recapitulation of research by 82% of respondents overall, means that it shows that the CSR program Bungkul Park Revitalization conducted by PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Division V is an effective and appropriate programs to meet the needs of park visitors Bungkul Surabaya with the concept of sport, education and entertainment.
