Abstract

To create investor confidence in the company certainly must have good corporate governance or corporate governance called. Basically corporate governance is corporate governance that explain the relationship between the various participants in determining the direction of the company that the company's performance this Objective To determine the effect of corporate governance (institutional ownership, ownership management, audit committee and the independent commissioner) on the performance of companies in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange, to determine the effect of growth opportunities on the performance of companies in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange and to determine the effect of firm size on the performance of companies in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Population and sample in this study are listed Manufacturing Company in Indonesia in 2008-2012 Lather Effect and hypothesis testing used in this study was a multiple linear regression model. Based on the above test Hypothesis 1 and hypothesis proven true, while hypothesis 2 otherwise, where the growth opportunities the company has a positive effect on performance in Manufacturing Company listed on the Stock Exchange, is accepted, but the effect will be negative.
