Abstract

Organizational communication climate is formed through the interaction between members of the organization. Climate is not the nature of an individual, but maintained by the members of the organization. This study aims to determine the organizational communication climate KPP Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo based on problems that occur, gap relationships superior and subordinates in KPP Pratama Surabaya. In practice often found some problems in corporate sommunication, especially in supervision and consultation section with each other and conflicts in that section, so the researchers wanted to know how the climate of organizational communication KPP Pratama Surabaya This research method is a quantitative method with sample withdrawal technique using total Sampling that is based on certain total of heads and employees Waskon third and fourth.
