      Abstract

      Indomaret is one franchise retailer network in Indonesia. Business Mini market at the moment as very rapidly, so that managers competing in both the quality of product, price, place and promotion. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial product, price, location, and promotion of the consumer's decision to use a mini market franchise retailer in Madya Rungkut Indomaret 199 Surabaya. To answer the problem formulation and research hypotheses by using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y). Based on testing simultaneously generate variable Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4), a significant effect on consumer purchase decision (Y) at Madya Rungkut Indomaret 199 Surabaya because F count> F table from. Then the partial test results only variable Product (X1), which has a significant influence on consumer buying decisions (Y) because the value of t count> t table, while Price (X2), Place (X3) and Promotion (X4), no effect partially on Consumer buying decision (Y) this is because the t value <t table. So the conclusion is 1) Product (X1) has a significant effect partially on Consumer buying decision (Y). 2) Price (X2) has no significant effect partially on Consumer Decision (Y). 3) Place (X3) had no significant effect partially on consumer purchase decision (Y). 4) Promotion (X1) has no significant effect partially on consumer purchase decision (Y).
