Abstract

The purpose of this thesis include: Describe the potential for ecotourism development in mangrove Wonorejo, describe the benefits that can be gained by the community Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya, analyze the internal and external environment in the development of Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya, and formulate strategies that can be done internal environment and externally to develop Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya. To answer the first and second objectives using descriptive analysis, to answer the third objective using IFAS (Internal Factors analisys Strategy Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary Strategy) Potential of which is owned by Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya today include: Ecology place / suitability places, natural resources including flora and fauna, government support, organizational, and community support facilities & infrastructure Wonorejo. There are three aspects in terms of the benefit that is owned by Mangrove Ecotourism Wonorejo Surabaya ie social, economic and agribusiness. From the calculation of IFAS and EFAS, the strategy must take is an aggressive strategy (growth) is a strategy that uses his strength to get the opportunity.
