Abstract

Public relations is a management function that focuses on long-term interaction between the organization and public.Tujuan of this study was to determine the effect of Public Relations to raise consumer awareness and handling of complaints against the company's image as the manager of PT Granting Jaya as managers Kenjeran Park in Surabaya. The population in this study is people in Surabaya over the age of 17 years and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling ie sampling technique based on certain criteria. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. From the test results showed Public Relations to raise consumer awareness and handling of complaints affect the company's PT Citra Jaya Granting As managers Kenjeran Park in Surabaya can be accepted as true because the value significantly.
