Abstract

One needs a fairly important and essential for human beings is the need for information. At the end of 2012 there is one reality show in the Mata Lelaki Trans 7. Mata Lelaki is one of the reality show program on Trans 7, which discusses current lifestyle, updates and interesting. Mata Lelaki get a reprimand from the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) on October 11, 2012. The purpose of this study was to determine public opinion on impressions Mata Lelaki Trans 7. The population in this study is people in Surabaya over the age of 21 years and the sampling method used was non-probability sampling. With purposive sampling technique sampling his samples intentionally or samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data collection for the study here using two approaches, namely primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis in this study using frequency tables. Based on the analysis and discussion of testing in Surabaya respondents obtained an opinion that direct answer in the negative direction because the respondents felt that the show Mata Lelaki of the whole event too leads are taboo for the talk in public, and still more that needs to be considered in the presentation and broadcast.
