Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine the efectivity of communication between teacher and their student in pre-school age in PAUD Melati Trisula Sidoarjo. It was about the maximilities of golden age that happen once in a life. The communication talked about building morality in a good way. There were many difficulty to reach that goal in reality, and it was the way we found that way out. The step of make a good communication on it. There were 5 laws to make an efective communication; respect, emphaty, audible, clarity and humble. The mixed of them all would make an efective communication. Efective communication was a condition between comunicator that could be deliver a message to and comunicant that understanding the message and did that content of message. The object of this study was children in age 3-4 years old. They were in a perfect time to communicate with people and learn about morality. In fact emphaty had bigger part than others to make an efective communication, without that law another law could not be applicated in any condition.
